http://www.dca.gov.uk The Department of Constitutional Affairs was responsible for upholding justice, rights and democracy. Their responsibilities in these areas included running the courts, and improving the justice system; human rights and information rights law; and policy on running elections and modernising the constitution.Whilst the website is still currently live, the responsibility for all of the above passed to The Ministry of Justice on 9 May 2007.
