
Rory Clarke specialises in Planning and Compensation, Housing, Licensing, Administrative, Regulatory and Employment Law. His wide experience of acting for and against local authorities gives him a sound understanding of their operation. A thorough knowledge of European Community law and the Human Rights Act informs all his work. He is a member of the Administrative Law Bar Association, the Planning and Environmental Bar Association, the United Kingdom Environmental Law Association and the Employment Law Bar Association.
He studied Law at St. John’s College Cambridge and spent 3 months working in Australia in 2000 on a Pegasus Scholarship.
