
David Lamming was called to the Bar in 1972 and began practice in 1975 after five years lecturing on criminal law, evidence and trusts. He has a wide-ranging common law and local government practice. His principal areas of work are crime, including ‘white-collar’ fraud and regulatory offences, planning, judicial review, environmental law, health & safety at work, transport, road traffic law and civil litigation of all kinds. He has a particular interest in Ecclesiastical Law.
